INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION

This Course will give you a detailed understanding of Intellectual Property Litigation.
During the Course, we will present a lecture on Intellectual Property Litigation in Hong Kong. We will consider in particular the conduct trials in Intellectual Property cases. We will then look at the post-trial steps that need to be taken in order to enforce a judgment effectively.
There will be a Q&A Session in which you will be given an opportunity to ask questions in relation to the themes in which have been considered during the seminar.
