PREPARING AND PRESENTING CRIMINAL CASES
Date: 2-5.15pm, Tuesday 6 October 2015
This presentation is designed to give a detailed and practical overview of the criminal trial process. In the context of a trial, we will examine what the advocate should do, how he should do it and why he should it.
Participants will be supplied with two case scenarios designed to facilitate a discussion of many aspects of the trial process in a factual context. The materials supplied will serve as a useful aide-memoire for both experienced advocates and those wanting to become more involved in criminal advocacy.
